Use
The four points of the PSiO user charter
1. Environmental conditions
-
Choose a quiet place.
-
Take care to avoid having to manage a child or an animal (cat or dog) nearby.
-
Controlled room temperature (20 degrees minimum).
-
If the environment is noisy, do not do a session.
Or use the PSiO noise canceling headphones
2. Installation requirements
-
Before the session, suggest going to the toilet to avoid having to interrupt the session.
-
Subject sloping to be able to relax completely and place the neck back.
-
Make sure to always place a blanket on the user (cutaneous vasodilation causes an increase in skin temperature and therefore a feeling of cold can disturb the session).
3. Hours & Timing Conditions
-
Relaxation kicks in better in the afternoon and evening.
-
Organize your schedule according to the duration of the session so as to be present at the end of it to supervise the return to relaxation.
-
Respect a time for the patient to return to reality at the end of the session.
4. Device setting conditions
-
At the beginning of each session, ensure that the sound and light intensity are set to minimum; subsequently, if necessary, adjust the sound and light intensity according to the patient's needs.
-
Once the program is found in the playlist, launch the program by pressing the PLAY button.
-
First place the PSiO headphones, check that the volume is at a slightly audible level (the volume must not prevent the person from letting go completely, so not too loud).
-
Then place the glasses, taking care to raise the temples slightly upwards if they do not easily pass the edge of the helmet.
